Lifts

Brief characterization of the product / service:

Lifts belong to devices with a high rate of risk. Therefore, qualified and systematic care of their technical condition and primarily safety is required. This care consists in meeting the demanding requirements of regulations and standards during the processes of designing, assembly, operation, servicing, and repairing.
TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. as the Notified Body 1017 performs conformity assessment of lifts and safety elements prior to their market launch in accordance with European legislation.
Simultaneously, as an inspection body under the standard ČSN EN 17025, we perform the following activities:
• Inspection of operated lifts
• Risk analysis in connection with construction and operation of lifts
• Assessment of technical condition of lifts
• Performance of tests by analyzing the technical condition of lifts without load using the ADIA system
• Evaluation of tenders for the supplied lifts

Legislation / standards:

Conformity assessment is performed in accordance with Act No. 22/1997 Coll. as amended and pursuant to Government Decree No. 27/2003 Coll. as amended using harmonized standards ČSN EN 81-1,2 and other related standards and regulations.
We perform inspection and assessment of technical conditions of operated lifts according to all currently effective Czech and European standards.
