Supervision in capital construction
When installing large operating sets, investment units or large or hazardous technologies within capital construction TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o., as an inspection body type A, performs (in the form of inspection activities) supervision as an independent party on behalf of a manufacturer, supplier or investor in accordance with ČSN EN 17025 . Within these activities it supervises the observance of requirements of standards and effective regulations within partial supplies and the whole investment unit including completeness of test documentation so that the final building approval of the constructed unit only has a minimum number of defects.
Legislation / standards:
When performing supervision, the TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. inspection body primarily verifies that all requirements met in the conformity assessment of the supplied equipment, units or technologies. TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. performs supervision in accordance with Act No.22/1997 Coll., respective government decrees, directives, standards effective for the given area and at the same time it ensures all other requirements of national regulations are met, so that the investment or operation set may be commissioned without problems and safely operated following a successful final building approval.
The product is intended for:
Czech and especially foreign investors, their suppliers, manufacturers or their customers. Activities of the inspection body are in this case usually embedded in the contract of the delivery and the supervisor protects the interests of the represented party so that any supplied equipment, including entire documentation and documents, complies with the requirements of regulations regarding safe operation.
