Brief characterization of the product / service:

In connection with issuing Act No. 309/2006 Coll. on Regulation of Further Requirements Regarding Occupational Health and Safety Protection in Employment Relationships and on Ensuring Safety and Health Protection for Activities or Provision of Services Outside Employment Relationships (Act on Securing Further Conditions of Occupational Health and Safety Protection).
This Act incorporates respective regulations of the European Community; in association with Act No. 262/2006 Coll., it regulates the Labour Code, further Requirements Regarding Occupational Health and Safety Protection in Employment Relationships and Ensuring Safety and Health Protection for Activities or Provision of Services Outside Employment Relationships under section 3 of the Labour Code.
