Assessment of construction products

Construction products constitute one of the major areas where TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. performs assessment of conformity and also certification of these specified products. TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. performs conformity assessment of construction products marked CE according to NV 190/200X Coll. as the Notified Body 1017, and conformity assessment of construction products under NV 163/2003 Coll. as amended by NV 312/2006 Coll. utilising other regulations and standards as the Authorized Body 211.

Simultaneously, as an inspection and certification body we perform the following activities:

• Certification of construction products with the possibility to use the TÜV SÜD mark
• Testing of products whose conformity assessment may be performed by the actual manufacturer/importer.

Legislation / standards:

Conformity assessment is performed by TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. by course of Act No.22/1997 Coll. as amended and pursuant to NV No. 163/2003 Coll. as amended by NV 312/2006 Coll. according to specified standards, construction products marked with CE marking according to NV 190/2003 Coll. pursuant to European harmonized standards and respective decrees of the European Commission all in conformity with Directive RE 89/106/EHS and other related standards and regulations.
